Lisa McCracken, Head of Research and Analytics, and Tim Jackson, Senior Principal, Healthcare Strategy at the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) recently presented “NIC Research: The Value of Senior Housing” to CEAL@UNC’s Strategic Advisors.
Their presentation showcases research conducted in partnership with NORC at the University of Chicago that quantifies the impact of senior housing. Findings include an analysis of the economic value of senior living and its relationship to health outcomes, frailty, longevity, and physician access.
