CEAL@UNC Executive Director Dr. Sheryl Zimmerman recently presented at the 2026 CARF Surveyor Continuing Education Conference. Her presentation, “Quality in Assisted Living: Connecting Research, Outcomes, and Practice” discussed accreditation uptake and outcomes in assisted living, and using evidence-based practices for quality improvement in assisted living.
